Delivery times

Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours of payment.

Then allow 7 to 14 working days for delivery within Europe. Outside Europe, allow a few extra days.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves. You can follow your order at any time on the Track my order page.

Orders with several items

The items in one order may travel in separate parcels, to avoid a shipment that is too heavy. It is therefore normal to receive them at different times, and it never costs you anything extra: shipping stays free.

If your parcel is late

If you have received nothing after 20 working days, write to us at contact@filoucat.com. We chase the carrier and keep you posted. If the parcel is lost, we replace it or refund you.

If you change your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. The details are in our refund policy.
