Our store is committed to shipping ordered items within 48 hours of order validation (no orders are processed on Saturdays and Sundays).
A shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number, will be sent to you when your order is in transit.

How to place an order on Filoucat?
Add the desired items to your cart, then follow the steps to secure payment. You will immediately receive a confirmation email.
What are the delivery times?
Your order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then generally takes 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
How to track my order?

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and preferably in its original packaging. See our return policy.
How to choose the right size pet carrier?
